What works for one person’s skin may do absolutely nothing for another’s however, here at Cre8Health we know there are some basics that will improve health across the board that we can all follow. Lets outline what this Model did and why it worked.
Don’t let yourself feel like you’ve lost all hope because one ‘miracle cure’ doesn’t clear away your acne forever. You’re not alone in this struggle, you will find a routine that works for you, and you shouldn’t feel like nothing will work just because one method doesn’t do for you what it did for other people.
This is a journey to health which normally means clearing out the crud from the body, kidneys, liver, brain and nervous system. The skin then will heal as it has to detox less crud through the skin because it’s going the normal route inside the body.

We’re sharing one models skincare routine because her results were so astonishing that some of her methods may be worth including in your own routine.
Model Brianna Lopez, from Los Angeles, attracted loads of attention on Instagram in 2017 after she shared photos of her skin.
Brianna showed the dramatic difference made by using a range of products she found in a health-food store, showing that she managed to completely change her skin in the space of a week through sticking to this one routine.

‘I just wanted to make a little post about skin because I’ve struggled with mine so much, and I really feel like I need to stop pretending like I haven’t,’ Brianna wrote on Instagram.
‘Especially in the industry I am trying to get into, it can be very deceiving about body image and skin. ‘This is my skin at its worst on the left and now on the right. This was a hard time and I was very bothered by it.
Didn’t want to leave my room or even have my own parents look at me. I still have scarring left which I am working with a doctor to fix because to be a model you basically need to be “perfect”. Which no one is and I am not claiming to be perfect at all.
‘There are worse things that can happen to you in life than acne. But getting acne takes a really big toll on your life.’

After the photo of her transformation got up more than 10,000 likes, Brianna decided to share the methods that took her to a place where she’s comfortable with her skin, saying that two and a half months in she finally felt okay with the way she looked.
Before she began her natural skincare routine, Brianna cleared up the bulk of her acne by getting rid of harsh commercial cleansers and instead washing her face with water or rose water, and using a clay mask.
Of course anyone who starts looking into health figures out that standard creams and makeup are brimming with toxins from heavy metals to neuro toxins, hormones and estrogens!
By leaving her face alone, taking herbs, and skipping the makeup, Brianna says she managed to begin to clear up her skin in a week!!!
‘My skin still breaks out, it isn’t perfect, it’s still flawed, but I definitely saw a difference within the first week of stopping washing my face,’ Brianna says in a YouTube video.
– Stop using cleansers and harsh products
– Wash your face with rose water and water
– Avoid makeup
– Do a clay mask every few days
After that intensive treatment she swapped to a manageable, all-natural routine to keep improving her skin. The main trick to her routine? Brianna uses all-natural products she picks up at a health store, rather than opting for commercial cleansers or pricey masks.
If Brianna isn’t wearing makeup for a day, she leaves her face alone other than a quick cleanse and moisturise.
On days she does wear makeup, though, her routine becomes a little more complex.
– Double cleanse with jojoba oil and a hot cloth
– Apply a mask of raw honey, turmeric, and cinnamon, and leave on for around an hour before rinsing off
– Moisturise shea serum followed by Doterra lavender essential oil
– Treat spots with shea butter
– Use Raw Elements sunblock every day
First she double cleanses with jojoba oil – an oil with a similar structure to the skin’s sebum which can trick the skin into not producing excess oil – rubbing the oil on to her skin to get rid of makeup and grime, wiping it off with a hot wash cloth, then repeating once.
Next she’ll make a mask of raw honey, half a teaspoon of turmeric, and cinnamon.
Brianna applies that to her skin, leaves it on for around an hour, and then rinses it off.

On days when she’s not using a honey mask, Brianna will use a sulphur mask or a bentonite clay mask. After that, it’s moisturising time.
This model uses Shea Terra Organics Perfecting Serum followed by Doterra lavender oil. If she has any spots, she’ll treat them with raw shea butter to soothe and hydrate.
Raw Elements sunblock is essential – Brianna will apply it ‘pretty much everyday’ – and on days when she doesn’t wear makeup, she simply reapplies the two oils and sunblock in the morning.

Brianna also takes several herbal supplements to treat her acne for cleansing the liver, gall bladder and intestines.
Milk Thistle: To stimulate and repair the liver
Icelandic Kelp: To help the thyroid and for trace minerals and chlorophyl
Neem: To cleanse the liver and pancreas while eliminating parasites
Cascara Sagrada: Cascara is used for the relief of constipation and hemorrhoids and as a rectoanal postoperative treatment.
Burdock: Burdock is one of the most effective herbs for cleansing the blood without the side effect of nausea. It is a powerful antioxidant.
Turmeric Formula: It helps trigger cell repair and potentially support the recovery of brain function. May lower the risk of cardiovascular disease.
